Decoupage Scarlet tissue paper onto six 1-1/2 inch Styrofoam balls. (Tip: add a coat of Mod Podge to the Styrofoam balls before adding paper and allow it to dry first.)
4Make Parisian Pink, Wicker White and Fresh Foliage dots with the 5/8 inch dauber. Allow paint to dry and then glue the Styrofoam balls in place. Refer to photo, if needed.
5Cut chenille stems in half. Wrap around a pencil and then remove to create the spring effect. Leave one end straight so you can hot glue them in between the Styrofoam balls into Styrofoam wreath. Cut the ribbon to desired size, make a loop and hot glue it to the back of wreath.
