Plaid FolkArt Home Décor Chalk Thankful Banner with Stenciled Window

Use burlap to make a rustic banner!

Project Instructions

    Project time does not include drying time for the paint.
  • 2
    Basecoat window frame with Rich Black. Let dry. Rub candle over surface.
  • 3
    Apply Irish over Rich Black and let dry. Sand lightly for a weathered appearance.

    Lightly dry brush Vintage Mustard over window in random places.
  • 5
    Clean window panes with rubbing alcohol.
  • 6
    Stencil Baroque image onto each pane with Sheepskin.
  • 7
    Cut banner pieces from burlap.
  • 8
    Stencil letters to spell out desired sentiment onto burlap using Rich Black.
  • 9
    Fold top edges of banner pieces over and glue to string.
  • 10
    Glue banner to top edge of window.
