Make 'n Mold® Chocolate Crème Cones

We're liking how the Make 'n Mold® Chocolate Crème Cones remind us of ice cream at summertime!

Project Instructions

    In medium sized bowl, break up the pound cake until it is in crumbs. Mix in vanilla frosting just until the mixture holds together. Too much will make it overly sticky, and too little will not allow you to shape the cake.

    Once cake mixture is made, form small handfuls into a cone shape that has a rounded end and a pointed end that will fit into the small cone. This is what will make your “scoop” of ice cream, so make sure the size is appropriate.

    Push one piece of cake mixture into each mini cone, it needs to fit snugly as this will be turned upside down for dipping.

    Melt about 8 oz. chocolate crème candy wafers in small bowl according to microwave instructions.

    Dip each filled cone into melted wafers allowing the candy wafers to reach the edge of the cone (this will keep the filling inside!).

    Immediately apply Rainbow-colored sprinkles to the top of each cone. Chill 10 minutes or until candy wafers are set.
