Make 'n Mold® Truffle Pops

The Make 'n Mold® Truffle Pops are so easy and so good, people will think you spend the whole day in the kitching making them!

Project Instructions

    Melt about half the chocolate truffle flavored candy wafers in a medium bowl according to the package instructions.

    Heat the 2 ounces of heavy cream in the small bowl until it is warm.

    To make the truffle center, combine the cream and the melted candy wafers stirring until smooth. Allow mixture to cool completely (approximately 2 hours).

    Write “truffle pop” on each of the popsicle sticks with the fine tip marker.

    Once mixture is cool and has firmed up, portion truffle centers into 12 truffles. Insert a popsicle stick into each truffle, chill for 10-15 minutes.

    Melt the remaining candy wafers in a small bowl. Dip each truffle into the melted wafers, and place onto the parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Immediately sprinkle with milk chocolate flakes.

    Chill 10 minutes or until wafers have set up completely.
