Make 'n Mold® Sweet Chocolate Cherries
The Make 'n Mold® Sweet Chocolate Cherries are a simple Valentine's Day token to make and will add touch of sweet glamour to the celebration! Made with candy clay and then dipped and decorated with a chocolate stem, these look just like a plump chocolate dipped cherry!

1Project time does not include how long it will take for candy to set.
2Melt a bag of Red candy wafers in a medium microwaveable safe bowl according to package instructions. Add ¼ cup of light corn syrup and mix until a ball has formed. Wrap ball of candy clay in cling film and refrigerate for about 1 hour until firm to touch.
3Melt about 3/4 of a bag of Dark Chocolate candy wafers in a small microwaveable safe bowl according to package instructions. Pour some of the melted candy wafers into the bottle. Use the bottle to pipe 20 cherry stems on a lined cookie sheet. Refer to the photo, if needed. Chill for 10 minutes.
4Remove the candy clay from the refrigerator once it is firm. Work it with your hands until it becomes soft and easy to work with. Divide into 20 pieces of a similar size and roll each into a ball shape. Using your finger place a small dent on the top of each ball. These are the cherries.
5Use a toothpick to dip a cherry about three-quarters of the way into the melted Dark Chocolate candy wafers. Place on a lined cookie sheet, remove the toothpick and repeat with the other cherries.
6Once the cherries have been coated take a stem and push into the hole on the top of the cherry (left by the toothpick). Chill for 10-15 minutes.
