Wilton® Candy Cane Treat Pop

1Prepare batter following recipe directions. Tint Red. Bake the cakes in the Mini Whoopie Pan, following the instructions for making Treat Pops. Allow to cool.
2Cake is one layer, 1 inch high when baked out. Use knife or cake level to level 1/2 inch high. Use smallest (1-3/4 inch) round cutter from set to cut four cake rounds for each treat.
3Fill treat pops by pushing one cake round in bottom of container. Use tip 12 and decorator icing to pipe a swirl of icing from back edge following the curve of the container, then filling the center. Repeat to add layers of cake and icing to top of container, ending with icing swirl.
