1Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake cakes in silicone mold supported by cookie sheet. Let cool. Place on serving plates.

2Ice cakes. Use spatula and White icing to ice cakes smooth.

3Make face by using 9 inch fondant roller with Purple guide rings to roll out Pink fondant so that it is 1/8 inch thick. Use largest round cut-out to cut a circle. Use knife to cut 1/2 inch from top of circle. Use damp brush to attach circle to front of cake with straight edge at top.

4Use 9 inch fondant roller with Purple guide rings to roll out Red fondant 1/8 inch thick to make the hat. Use knife to cut a circle for hat that is 2-3/4 inch in diameter. Position center of circle over top point of cake. Use fingers to smooth circle against sides of cake.

5Combine a 1 inch ball of Pink fondant with a 1/8 inch ball of Red fondant to make a Dark Pink mouth. Use 9 inch fondant roller with Pink guide rings to roll out fondant 1/16 inch thick. Use wide end of tip 4 to cut a circle mouth. Use damp brush to attach to cake.

6Make nose. Use remaining Dark Pink fondant to roll balls 5/16 inch in diameter to make the nose. Use tip 4 and White icing to pipe swirl hair and beard and pull-out mustache. Position nose. Use tip 4 and White icing to pipe zigzag hat brim and swirl pom pom on top of hat. Use 9 inch fondant roller with Pink guide rings to roll out Black fondant 1/16 inch thick. Use narrow end of tip 5 to cut out eyes. Position on cake. Use tip 3 and White icing to pipe outline eyebrows.
