Wilton Easter Egg Huddle Cake
Everyone will feel like the Easter egg hunt winner when they see the colorful Wilton Easter Egg Huddle Cake!

1Project time does not include neither the baking nor the cooling time for the cake.
21 day in advance, make cake. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool 1-layer round cake, 3 inch high. Position cake on foil-wrapped cake circle. Prepare and cover cake with 18 ounce of White fondant. Smooth with fondant smoother.
3Tint 2 ounce fondant Light Rose, 2 ounce Sky Blue, 2 ounce Lemon Yellow, 2 ounce Violet and 2 ounce Leaf Green.
4Use 9 inch fondant roller with Purple guide rings to roll out colors 1/8 inch thick. Use egg cutter from set to cut one egg in each color.
5Create inlay pattern on cake. Position fondant eggs on cake to determine overlapping areas. Remove eggs from cake and use cutter to cut out overlapping areas to form an inlay pattern. Use damp brush to attach inlay eggs to cake. Repeat to cover entire cake. Use fondant smoother to smooth.
6Decorate eggs by using edible color markers to draw dots, zigzags, outlines, wavy lines and stripes.
