Wilton® Eggs-tra Special Petite Cakes

1Project time does not include neither the time to make the cake nor for the cake to cool for icing.
2Prepare cake recipe and bake in mold, supported on cookie pan. Cool in mold for a few minutes; unmold. Cool completely on cooling grid.
3Tint icing. Combine Burgundy with Rose for Dark Rose shown. Combine Violet with Rose for Violet shown. Combine Lemon Yellow with Leaf Green for Light Green shown. Combine Peach with Black for Orange shown. Combine Sky Blue with Kelly Green for Blue and Light Blue shown.
4Cover cakes with color of icing desired. Heat a portion of tinted icing to pouring consistency by microwaving at defrost setting (30% power) for 20-30 seconds; stir. Repeat until consistency of icing will allow it to pour. Position cakes on cooling grid placed over wax paper. Pour icing over cakes; tap grid gently to spread icing. Chill until firm.
5Use tip 5 and tinted icing to pipe lines following design of pan details on eggs in color desired. Add desired sprinkles and colored sugars.
