Wilton Flower Garden Cake

Every flower is a rainbow on our Flower Garden Cake! The fondant fantasy flowers are built with layer upon layer of color with our Flower Cut-Outs and Pastel Fondant Multi Packs to make a pretty cake for just about any occasion.

Project Instructions

  • 1
    Project time does not include neither the time to bake nor cool cake.

    Prepare 2-layer cake to be covered with fondant by lightly icing with buttercream.
  • 3
    Cover cake with fondant; eliminate any bumps or rough surfaces with smoother.

    Roll out pastel fondant and cut assorted sizes of flowers using cut-outs.
  • 5
    Attach flowers with damp brush, layering some smaller flowers on larger ones.
  • 6
    Roll and attach a small White ball with damp brush for flower centers.
  • 7
    Roll narrow Green fondant string stems and attach with damp brush.
  • 8
    To make border, cut 3/4 inch wide strip of White fondant and loosely attach with damp brush water to create wavy effect.
