Plaid Classroom Door Sign

The Plaid Classroom Door Sign is a perfect gift for your child or your child's teacher!

Project Details

  • Level:intermediate
  • Time:1 hour + dry time

Project Instructions

  • 1
    Basecoat letter (either the first initial of the teacher's last name or the first letter of your child's name usually works best) with Key West.
  • 2
    Paint small wood rectangle with Snowflake, let dry. Paint with Candy Pink, let dry. Sand lightly showing some Snowflake paint.

    Using the wood letter as a pattern cut cardstock as desired.
  • 4
    Following general directions on Mod Podge, add cardstock to wood letter as shown.

    Using small liner brush and Black add words to rectangle as shown or as desired. Let dry.
  • 6
    Varnish and let dry.
  • 7
    Add ribbon as shown with hot glue.
