Breast Cancer Awareness Pumpkin
This project is a great way to show your support for breast cancer - keep it for yourself or give it to someone who's battling the disease or a survivor.
- Time:2 hours
1Paint pumpkin Magenta and let dry. Repeat with additional coats of paint as needed.
2On scrap paper, write in script the word you want on pumpkin with the White paint marker. For sample, hope was used. Write around the script word to make it into a bubble or larger font word. Cut out and trace onto pumpkin or just write it freehand! Color in with Pink Paint marker. When dry, outline with White Paint marker.
3Remove shanks from back of buttons with wire cutters. Randomly hot glue around pumpkin.
4Fill in spaces with dots of White paint with paint pen or load various size paint daubers with White paint and add dots randomly.
5Create multi-loop bow with ribbon and wire; hot glue onto stem of pumpkin, faced to the front, with the tails going to the sides.
