Cover the large star with graduation gift wrap using Mod Podge; allow to dry then give another coat; dry.
Paint the smaller star with Engine Red; allow to dry.
Cut one star halfway up from tip of point and with the other star cut halfway up from the center of two points to give them a 3-D appearance. Insert one star into the other as shown with the glue gun.
Use Licorice to stencil name onto front and back of Engine Red star. Use Wicker White to add highlights.
Cut graduation symbols (i.e. mortar boards, diplomas) out of scraps of graduation gift wrap and adhere to Engine Red star with Mod Podge. Add star stickers and allow to dry. Give the entire Engine Red star a coat of Mod Podge; allow to dry.
Add tinsel onto edges of each star, add curly bow and monofilament cord to hang.
