Project Instructions

    Shake the can of primer for 1 minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle.
  • 2
    Over a drop cloth, spray the whale tail in slow, even strokes, holding the can approximately 10-12” away from surface. Apply 1-2 light coats for best coverage. Let dry for 30 minutes.
  • 3
    Spray the deep blue paint over the primer using the same method. Allow spray paint to dry for approximately 1 hour before handling. Attach to mirror or hang on wall.
