Project Instructions

  • 1
Time of project will vary based on the size of the surface being painted. You may want to practice your stenciling and painting techniques on the pieces of cardboard before applying to your project.
  • 2
Position the stencil onto the surface being painted and adhere it to that surface using either the repositionable adhesive spray or painter's tape. Make sure that the stencil is flat to the surface and secure.
  • 3
Using a small 2 inch dense foam roller, wet roller with paint, roll over a stack of paper towels to remove excess paint, then roll over opening in stencil. Tip: Use very little paint on roller. Roll almost all of the paint onto the paper towel before using the stencil!
  • 4
Remove the stencil and repeat as necessary. You don't have to wait in between steps of painting because the paint should be dry enough to continue.
