Plaid Mod Podge Butterfly Birdhouse

Project Instructions

    Project time does not include drying time for neither the paint nor the Mod Podge.

    Basecoat birdhouse and butterfly with Wicker White, let dry. Sand lightly.

    Paint butterfly as shown: body, Licorice; wings, Glazed Carrots. Let dry.
  • 4
    Paint birdhouse with Steel Gray. Let dry. Sand lightly to create distressed finish. Use non-bristle end of paintbrush to add Wicker White dots.

    Cut one of the pieces of cardstock to fit on roof. Cut the other piece of cardstock to cover the butterfly. Apply cardstock to each piece following general directions on Mod Podge. Let dry.

    If your birdhouse has perches, paint them Pink. Let dry.
