Nicole™ Crafts Flag Tray

Create a tray you can use for entertaining or patriotic décor! Unfinished wood trays make wonderful accents and be decorated with paint, paper, ribbon and other embellishments.

Project Details

Project Instructions

    Paint tray Blue Harbor. When dry, distress tray by sanding random areas from the edges and sides.

    Apply stain to tray with cloth, wiping off excess as you go along. Let dry.

    Print flag pattern onto White cardstock. Glue to center bottom of inside of tray using Mod Podge. Option: Distress flag with sandpaper before sealing with stain if desired.

    Spray entire tray with sealer.
  • 5
    To finish, wrap handles with jute, gluing to secure.
