Note: the print of Duck Tape listed under the instructions and supplies is only a guide. Feel free to use a Duck Tape color or print that better matches your style!
Make a double-sided strip of Blue Lace Duck Tape that is 2-4 inch longer than the length of your waist.
For the bow, make a double sided piece of Blue Lace Duck Tape fabric that is 2 strips wide. The length depends on how big you want your bow to be. To make Duck Tape fabric, lay a strip of Duck Tape, sticky side up, on your cutting board. Lay the next strip so it slightly overlaps the other. Continue until you have a piece that measures the length you need. Take it and turn it sideways so the strips are going left to right. Lay the next strips, sticky side down, going up and down so it is laying the opposite direction. Trim off any excess.
Take the fabric from step 3 and form it into a loop. Tape the 2 ends together.
Pinch the middle of your loop and secure it with a strip of Duck Tape to make your bow.
Attach one end of your strip from step 2 to the back of the bow.
Add a hook and loop fastener to the other end and to the back of your bow so you can take your bow belt on and off.
