Make a piece of Blue Chevron Duck Tape fabric that is 5 inch long and 5 inch wide. To make Duck Tape fabric, lay a strip of Duck Tape, sticky side up, on your cutting board. Lay the next strip so it slightly overlaps the other. Continue until you have a piece that measures 12 inch wide and 13 inch long. Take it and turn it sideways so the strips are going left to right. Lay the next strips, sticky side down, going up and down so it is laying the opposite direction. Trim off any excess.
Out of your Duck Tape fabric from step 2, measure and cut out 2 matching wedges. Your trapezoid shape should be 1 inch long on one end and 3 inch long on the other end.
Make a Blue Chevron Duck Tape fabric that is is 13 inch long and 11 inch wide. Instructions to make Duck Tape fabric are in step 2.5 Take your Duck Tape fabric from step 4 and place it so your 11 inch sides are on the top and the bottom. Place the wide end of your wedges at the bottom of your Duck Tape fabric and attach them with a strip of tape on both the front and the back of your Duck Tape fabric.
Place a strip of tape, adhesive down, on the side of the wedge that is still sticking out. Fold the wedge in half toward the Duck Tape fabric so the sticky side of your strip is facing up while folding to the top of your fabric down.
Stick the top part of your Duck Tape fabric to the sticky side up strip of tape, creating your pocket. Make sure there is about 3 inch still showing. Secure the other side the same way.
Crease the extra 3 inch over to create the flap for your purse.
