1Print out the project templates. Cut the owl mask out of the burlap fabric and then punch 2-3'' circles out of corrugated paper. Punch 2-1 1/2'' scallop circles out of black or dark paper for the eyes. Glue the corrugated circles on the burlap owl mask and then the black circles on top. Glue one green glass pebble to the center of each eye. Cut the beak out of a fall-colored paper and glue to the mask.
2Hot glue the mask to the top of the pumpkin, resting against the stem. Cut the petals off the pine cone and use them to cover the owl's stomach with quick grip glue. Cut two wings out of paper of your choice and glue to each side of the owl.
3Carefully make holes in each side of the pumpkin and slide a piece of cloth-covered wire through the holes. Attach a U-shaped pin. Place the pumpkin owl in center of wreath. Insert as many pins as you need to hold the owl in place.
4Cut apart the bush and branches, and pin to the wreath at the bottom of the owl on both sides. Tie a bow and pin it into the wreath at the bottom of the owl. Glue small pinecones on both sides of the wreath.
