Armour Etch® Sewing Organizer
The Armour Etch® Sewing Organizer will keep the crafty person in your life "sew" organized. It's a great gift for yourself or for someone else.

1Project time does not include drying time. Put on gloves and eye protection. Oil cutter wheel as specified in instruction booklet. Cut wine bottle in the middle, following the instructions that comes with bottle cutter. Gently sand off the sharp cut edges of both halves with the sandpaper provided with your kit. Clean both halves with glass cleaner.
2Clean glass coaster for base with glass cleaner. You may want to stencil a glass etch design on the base before going onto the next step.
3Apply glue to spout of bottle and glue to center of glass coaster. Let dry.
4Cut a piece of fabric 3 inch wide and 1/2 inch longer than the circumference of bottle. Sew eyelet lace to one long edge of fabric. Fold over and hem the other long edge. With right sides together, sew short raw edges together with a 1/4 inch seam allowance. Baste along hemmed edge of fabric and pull up threads until fabric fits snugly around cut opening of bottle and covers the lip. Tie and knot threads.
5Add a bow or silk flower accent to front.
6Dot glue several places along top edge of bottle. Wrap lace around the top with top edge about 1/2 inch higher than top edge of bottle. Glue overlapping edge. Dot glue several places along one side of ribbon. Wrap around middle of lace. Glue overlapping edge. Glue flower or bow to the front.
