Project Instructions

  • 1
Sand drawer crate smooth and use tack cloth to wipe away dust. Paint drawer crate in 2-3 coats of Cascade chalk paint.
  • 2
Measure to find the middle of each drawer and drill a hole fit to the size of each knob/pull’'s bolt.
  • 3
Place the medallion stencil centered with the drill hole. (Tips: Tape down edges of stencil to keep in place. Apply Sheepskin chalk paint with foam pouncer. Make sure to dab excess paint off from pouncer before applying it to the stencil.) Gently remove stencil.
  • 4
Place lattice stencil on the side of each medallion to accent. Apply Sheepskin chalk paint with foam pouncer and let dry completely.
  • 5
Apply Clear wax to seal and let dry completely. Smooth over with sandpaper. Use tack cloth to wipe away dust.
  • 6
Insert knobs/pulls into drawers. (Tip: You may have to shorten the bolt if it is too long. A hacksaw works best.)
