Project Instructions

  • 1
    Lay the plastic tablecloth over your work surface. Place skirt on covered work surface and insert a large piece of freezer paper into skirt. This will prevent paint from bleeding through to back.
  • 2
    Lightly spray back of stencil with repositionable tacky spray and press into desired position on skirt. Mask off areas of skirt not to be painted with painter’s tape and paper towels.
  • 3
    Spray several light coats of Blue ColorShot onto open stencil area, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until entire border of skirt is painted.
