Project Instructions

  • 1
Project time does not include the time for neither washing nor drying the onesie near the end of this project.
  • 2
Cover work area with newspaper or a plastic table cover.
  • 3
Take a White onesie and place cardboard inside to prevent the dye form bleeding through.
  • 4
Place a stencil on the onesie.
  • 5
Wearing rubber gloves, attach spray applicator to the top of the bottle you are using (you can always choose a different color if you don't like the ones we used). Spray dye over stencil until you achieve the desired level of saturation.
  • 6
Attach the spray top to the dye fixative and spray onesie with this product. This will improve color retention and help prevent the dye from bleeding onto the white areas of the onesie. Let onesie sit for 20-30 minutes.
  • 7
Remove cardboard and stencil mask and rinse onesie. Wash fully and let dry.
