Project Instructions

  • 1
    Pom Pom Flowers:
Step A: Following the instructions on the pom pom maker, create five pom poms in different sizes and colors of yarn.
Step B: Cut three dowels so they are a bit shorter than the other two, then paint all the dowels with Irish Moss. Let dry.
Step C: Glue a pom pom onto one end of each dowel. Hold until the glue sets.

    Tissue Paper Vase:
Step A: Rip a Pink piece of tissue into pieces. Decoupage the pieces onto the jars until glass part of the jar is covered. (Tip: tissue paper is a delicate surface so be gentle when brushing decoupage medium over it.)
Step B: To cut hearts, fold several pieces of Red tissue paper and cut half a heart to make both sides even. Decoupage them onto the jar as well.
Step C: Tie a ribbon bow around the tops of each jar.
Place the pom pom flowers in the large (quart) jar and the LED t-lite into the small (pint) jar.
