Shark Toss Game
Just when you thought it was safe to go back outside ... Take a bite out of boredom this summer by helping your kids make an activity inspired by carnival games. This bean bag toss game with sharks and fishes will be a hit at playtime, reunions and other gatherings too!

- Time:few hours, dry time
Step A: Draw a shark shape on the center of the board with fins on each side. Draw the mouth shape in the center about 4 inches from the bottom. Kids -- have an adult cut out the mouth with the craft knife.
Step B: Paint the shark Grey and the remaining area Blue and let dry.
Step C: Download and print project template, and use it to cut out the eyes and teeth shapes from White and Black felt. Glue the curved teeth around the top and side edges. Glue the straight teeth across the bottom. (Make sure you glue the teeth behind the board.) Glue the Black eyes to the White eyes and glue to the shark as shown.
Cut the fish shape from the template in the colors indicated. Sew two shapes of the felt fish pieces together with the needle and embroidery floss. When you are about halfway through sewing the fish, fill with h pony beads, then finishing sewing it together. Repeat until you have the desired amount of fish.
Have players try to toss fish into the shark's mouth. Player who gets the most fish into the mouth wins!
