Project Instructions

  • 1
Model Magic dries to the touch overnight and dries completely in 2 to 3 days. Project time does not include neither this drying time, nor the drying time for the paint or the glue.
  • 2
Make a collection of various-size boulders with White. Press the boulders together to form a large base. Flatten a section at one end with your fingers to create a platform for your lighthouse.
  • 3
Cover your art area with recycled newspaper. Mix a little White and Black paint to get the color Gray that you wish your boulders to be. Paint the boulders this Gray color.
  • 4
Use a recycled cardboard tube to make your lighthouse. Cut White construction paper to fit the bottom two-thirds of the tube. Cut Red construction paper for the top third of the tube.
  • 5
Use markers to add luminous details such as windows, doors and the lighthouse's lamp. Glue the paper to the tube with a glue stick.
  • 6
Press the lighthouse into the boulder base. Secure it with the bottled glue. Dry.
