Nicole Crafts Double Wood Frame with Books
These Nicole™ Crafts frames are ideal for any crafting, whether with paint, die cuts, paint...the sky's the limit! The Cricut is so versatile because you can cut whatever paper that you want in the size that you need for your project, as well as vinyl!
- Time:1-2 hours
1Paint outside edges and inside frame opening areas Light Buttermilk. When dry, cover with Mod Podge.
2Place wood frame upside down on top of wrong side of decorative paper. Trace frame shape onto paper and cut out. Use Mod Podge to attach paper to front of frame. Let dry.
3Cut out an 8 ½ inch x 1 ¼ inch strip of coordinating paper and attach to center of frame with roll-on adhesive tape.
4Cut two 8 ½ inch x 7/8 inch strips of midnight cardstock, and two 8 ½ inch x 5/8 inch strips of coordinating print paper. Use roll-on tape to attach print paper strips to centers of midnight cardstock strips. Use tape to attach strips to top and bottom of frame as shown.
5Use Cricut machine to cut out two 3 inch decorative square filigree designs from Midnight cardstock. Use Mod Podge to attach to frame as shown.
6Print out photos provided on Almond cardstock. Cut out and place in frame openings.
