1Project time does not include drying time.

2Cut out 6-3/4 inch x 5-1/4 inch piece from both Clear vellum and Hot Pink cardstock.

3Using scallopedd-edge scissors, cut around edges of vellum, then use glue stick to adhere it to Hot Pink cardstock.

4Fold card in half.

5On one half of Snowcap cardstock, paint plaid pattern using all colors except Citron Green.

6On other half, paint small pattern of alternating squares with all colors.

7After patterned cardstock has dried, tear rough 2 inch x 2-1/4 inch piece from plaid pattern and glue it to bottom left of card front.

8Tear 2-1/4 inch square from square pattern and glue it to top right of card front.

9Hot glue star charm to bottom of one tag and heart to bottom of other tag at an angle.

10Run ribbon through tags, cutting off excess.

11Hot glue tags to card (refer to picture for placement).
