1Use 184 pegs on the Super! Afghan Loom to knit a blanket that measures approximately 60 inch x 42 inch. Download template for special and standard knitting stitches, abbreviations and methods not explained elsewhere. Note: This project uses knit stitch and purl stitch. The stitch pattern uses 8 pegs, repeating every 8 pegs. You may find it helpful to place a stitch marker on every 8th peg to help you keep track of the pattern.
2Worked in a flat piece. Do not connect the last stitch to the first stitch. Cast on 184 pegs using the e-wrap method. Row 1, 2, 3, 4: Knit pegs 1 through 4, purl pegs 5 through 8, (helpful to use stitch markers) knit pegs 9 through 12, purl pegs 13 through 16 (place stitch markers). Continue this pattern sequence to the end of the row. Row 5, 6, 7, 8: Purl pegs 1 through 4, knit pegs 5 through 8, purl pegs 9 through 12, knit pegs 13 through 16. Continue this pattern sequence to the end of the row. Repeat Rows 1-8 until blanket measures 42 inch. Remove from the knitting loom using the Basic Bind Off method. Use single crochet stitch to make a border around the blanket. Weave ends in. Block lightly.
