Paint clothespin Winter Blue. Paint the body and legs on both sides of clothespin Honey Brown. Paint antlers Bittersweet Chocolate. Paint dowel and one of the beads Snow (Titanium) White.
Brush on Mod Podge with sponge brush, using Mod Podge as a glue.
Download and print project template. Cut foam shapes from template (cut feet on Dark Brown foam; cut ears and face on Tan foam). Glue to clothespin as shown in photo. Glue eyes and pom pom nose to face, also using photo as reference. Glue White pom pom to back for tail. Dab blush on cheeks. Draw mouth and eyebrows using Black marker.
Cut off a 1 inch piece of the mini garland. Fold the pine garland in half then twist together. Wrap around clothespin under face for wreath and glue to secure. Tie Red bells to front of wreath with Green thread that hangs approximately 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch below wreath. Glue Green bells in the wreath itself. Glue a small amount of Poly-fil between ears.
Cut a 20 inch piece of Red ribbon. Wrap it around dowel so it resembles a candy cane. Glue to secure. Trim off any excess. Then glue bead to top of dowel.
Print 'North Pole' by hand or on computer on a piece of paper that is just under 3 inch long x 1 inch wide. Cut out a piece of Green foam approximately 3 inch long by 1 inch wide. Glue the piece of paper with 'North Pole' on it to the Green foam. Once dry, glue the Green sign to the top of the dowel, below the bead. Glue dowel to side of clothespin.
Decorate as desired with Snow Accents and Iridescent glitter glue.
