- Time:1 hour
Paint clothespin Snow (Titanium) White. Use sponge brush to pounce Baby Pink for the baby's cheeks about 3/4 inch from the top of the clothespin. When dry, cover with Mod Podge.
Cut 8 inch of stem wire. Push one side of wire through four 1 inch White pom poms and one 1 inch Green pom pom. Push pom poms up and place hot glue on end of wire. Bring pom poms back down so you can't see the wire. Repeat on other side.
Glue a 1/4 inch Green pom pom to each 1 inch Green pom pom. Glue center of wire behind front part of clothespin about 2-1/2 inch down from the top. Bend arms down.
Cut a 15 inch x 1 inch piece of Red felt. Make stripes using Christmas Green dimensional fabric paint. Let dry. Wrap scarf around neck and tie in front. Glue to secure. Cut slits in ends.
Glue larger Black pom poms to create eyes for the snowman; use smaller Black pom poms to create a mouth and buttons; glue the nose in place.
Cut a 5 inch piece of Silver tinsel stem. Glue to each side of the clothespin. Glue 1-1/2 inch Red pom poms to each side for earmuffs.
Embellish with Snow Accents. Let dry.
