Queen of Hearts Masquerade Mask
Some might prefer a witchy woman, but we say the queen of hearts is always your best bet! Create this fun mask and attached crown for a last minute Halloween costume. Want more DIY masks ideas? Check out our Day of the Dead and Cat masks!

- Time:1 hour + drying time
1Cut out a 5" Red glitter foam heart and a 5" Black glitter foam heart. Remove paper from the back and place foam heart on to the Black and White striped cardstock. Repeat for other heart and then cut out around shapes.
2Cut out two crown shapes from the Gold glitter foam, pull off adhesive and place the crowns back to back. Hot glue the crown to the top center, on the back of the mask. Hold to until cooled. Hot glue the 5 Red and Black glitter hearts to the back of the mask on the left side.
3Cut 3 yards of White and Red glitter tulle. Tie together in a bow that will measure 6" across & allow for 18" long streamers. Wire bow in the center and attach to the mask by making two holes through the front mask on the left side and through the foam hearts. The insert the wire through and tie wire by twisting together to hold
4Cut out a 3" Red glitter heart and glue to the center front of the Gold crown. Cut out the Red and Black playing card symbols and glue above the bow on the left side. Trim the mask & the crown with the rhinestone bling.
5Hot glue the straw to the back left side of the mask. Wire to hold if needed.
