Project Instructions

    Cut an 18 to 27 inch of thread. String a rondelle/fire polished bead bead, a seed bead, five Superduo beads, and a seed bead. Go back through rondelle/fire polished bead. Tie off at any point.

    Exiting rondelle/fire polished bead, string five seed beads, go through Superduo bead. String Superduo bead, go through Superduo bead. Repeat across. String five seed beads, go up and through rondelle/fire polished bead. Go through next four seed beads.

    String four seed beads, go through next Superduo Bead. String seed bead, Superduo bead, seed bead, go through next Superduo bead. String a Superduo bead, go through Superduo bead. String seed bead, Superduo bead, seed bead, go through next Superduo bea. String four seed beads, go up through second seed bead. Weave through to last seed bead. String nine seed beads, make a loop on the fifth seed bead. String four seed beads, go straight down through all seed beads, come out at second from end.

    String four seed beads and a Superduo bead. Go through next Superduo bead. String seed bead, Superduo bead, seed bead, go through next Superduo bead. Do this two more times. String a Superduo bead and four seed beads, go up through second seed bead and up through earring loop to reinforce.

    String three seed beads and two Superduo beads. Go through next Superduo bead. String a Superduo bead, seed bead, Superduo bead, go through next Superduo bead. String two Superduo beads, go through next Superduo bead. String three seed beads, go up through the second seed beads and around, coming out of the second to last seed beads. Note: If the thread passes around are getting too tight, use a seed bead needle or just go over the first seed beads to go ‘up and around’ and back down the last seed beads you put on (that step will be coming up next anyway, if you are unsure).

    String four seed beads and go through the next Superduo bead. String a Superduo bead in between each Superduo bead. String four seed beads, go through the second bead up and back over it to go downward. Repeat this step two more times.

    String three seed beads and go through the next Superduo bead. String a Superduo bead in between each Superduo bead. String three seed beads, go through the second bead up and back over it to go downward. Repeat this step two more times. After the third time, tie off and add ear wire.

    Repeat steps 1 through 7 to create a second earring.
