2Measure and cut both Black glitter sheets in half along the 9 inch width. Measure and mark 2 inch up along 12 inch length and centered along the 9 inch width. Draw diagonal lines out from the center to both bottom corners, then cut out triangles to form the pennant shape. Measure eight 1 inch wide strips on one of the Turquoise sheets, cut with pinking shears. Attach Turquoise strips to back of each pennant along the 12 inch lengths with glue gun, let set.
3Measure and cut four 4 inch by 4 inch squares from White glitter sheet, the other Turquoise sheet and and Grey sheets. Create fringe by cutting 3 inch long slits in each square. Attach Grey, then Turquoise, then White glitter fringe sections in a circle in the center of each pennant with glue gun. Set something heavy on top and let set.
4Trace and cut four 3 inch circles from Black glitter sheets with pinking shears. Attach to center of each firework with glue gun and outline in Silver glitter glue and let dry. Cut 2-0-1-5 numbers (each number should be about 2 inch high from Snowcap cardstock and then attach to center of each circle with adhesive foam disc and glue gun. Apply even layer of Iridescent glitter glue to each number, let dry.
5Attach Silver tinsel pom poms to each of the eight points at the bottom of the pennants.
