  • Time:1 hour

Project Instructions

  • 1
Paint entire lid of box 1-2 coats of Coastal Waters. Let dry. Repeat for bottom portion of box, painting it Blue Lagoon.
  • 2
When top lid is dry, hammer in nails approximately 1-1/4 inch apart. The top of the box is approximately ¼ inch thick. Do not over hammer in the nails so that they break through to the other side of the box. (Note: if this happens, glue a few layers of craft foam inside center of box lid so the nails are not exposed).
  • 3
Once bottom portion of lid is dry, squeeze out very small amount of the Pink Cadillac, Lemon Zest and Orange Sherbet paints. Use finger or thumb to flatten out the paint to a thinner layer. Put 2-3 finger or thumbprints on all 4 sides of box with the 3 colors. Let dry.
