Wilton Bah, Humbug! Treat Pop
Even a scrooge won't be able to resist the Wilton Bah, Humbug! Treat Pop! It is just one of the many yummy holiday treats that are on A.C. Moore's website! Make them and you'll be a hit - with family, friends, colleagues - whomever you make these delicious sweet treats for!

1For the hat brim, use fondant roller with Purple guide rings to roll out Dark Brown fondant 1/8 inch thick. Use 2-1/2 inch fondant cutter from the set to cut circle. Use smallest (1-3/4 inch) round cutter from set to trim out inside circle. Set aside.
2For the cake rounds, prepare Chocolate and White cake batters, separately, following recipe directions. Tint White batter Copper (for skin tone shown). Bake the cakes in the Mini Whoopie Pan, following the instructions for making Treat Pops. Allow to cool. Cakes are one layer, 1 inch high when baked out. Use knife or cake leveler to level each cake to 1/2 inch high. Use smallest (1-3/4 inch) round cutter from cookie cutter set to cut three chocolate cake rounds and one Copper cake round for each treat.
3Tint a portion of White decorator icing Copper. Push one Copper cake round in bottom of container. Use tip 12 and Copper icing to pipe a swirl of icing from back edge following the curve of the container, then filling the center. Repeat to add layers of chocolate cake and chocolate icing to top of container. Use spatula and chocolate icing to ice top of treat pop smooth.
4Use brush and piping gel to secure hat brim to outside of treat pop.
5For the scarf, use fondant roller with Pink guide rings to roll out 1/8 oz. Green fondant and Red fondant, separately so that they are 1/16 inch thick. Use knife to cut Green strip that is 8 inch long x 1/2 inch wide and a Red strip that is 8 inch x 1/4 inch wide. Place Red strip on Green strip, and use fondant roller to lightly press strips together. Use knife to cut fringe on each end of strip. Wrap scraf around treat pop. Use brush and piping gel to secure.
6For nose, use 1/4 inch ball of Pink fondant to roll into log, tapering at one end. Use brush and piping gel to secure. For eyes and mouth use fondant roller with Pink guide rings to roll out Black fondant 1/16 inch thick. Use narrow end of tip 5 to cut out circles; slightly flatten. Use brush and piping gel to secure. For mouth, use wide end of tip 5 to cut semi-circle from Black fondant; slightly round one end. Use brush and piping gel to secure upside down as a frown. For hair, combine 1/8 inch ball of remaining Black fondant with 1 inch ball of Pink fondant. Use knife to cut random triangles, approximately 1/2 inch long. Use brush and piping gel to secure hair under hat.
