1Prepare batter following recipe directions. Prepare mold according to package directions. Bake cakes in silicone mold supported by a cookie sheet. Cool and unmold according to mold packaging directions.
2Tint portion of icing Copper (for Skin Tone shown). Reserve small portion for later use. Heat remainder of Copper icing in microwave at defrost setting (30% power) for 20-30 seconds; stir. Repeat until icing is at a consistency that it will pour. Place cakes on cooling grid positioned over parchment paper-covered cookie sheet. Use cut disposable decorating bag to pipe icing over center of cakes, covering top and sides. Gently tap cooling grid to smooth. Use spatula to transfer cakes to parchment paper-covered plate. Let set 10 to 15 minutes.
3Tint portion of icing Kelly Green, Royal Blue, Brown, Black and Red. Reserve a small portion White. Combine Christmas Red with Red-Red for Red shown in photo. Use spatula and tinted icing to ice hats and collars smooth. Use tip 4 and tinted icings to pipe triangles on collar. Use tip 2 and tinted icing to pipe facial features and hair curl. Use tip 4 and White icing to pipe zigzag fur on hat and swirl pom pom.
