Wilton Penguin Brownies

1Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake brownies in silicone mold supported by cookie sheet. Let cool. Release the brownies from the mold onto a plate.
2Make wings for a penguin by using your fingers to flatten chocolate nougat logs and shape into two teardrops, 2 inch wide x 1 inch long. For the penguin's feet, use scissors to cut large Yellow spice drops lengthwise in half. Cut small slits for toes. For the penguin's beak, use scissors to cut a 3/4 inch deep slit from top of large Yellow spice drop. Use blade of scissors to shape opening.
3Use tip 5 and White icing to pipe in face area. Pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Position beak. Tint portions of White icing Kelly Green and Black. Use tip 4 and Black icing to pipe dot eyes. For cap, use tip 12 and Kelly Green icing to cover top of cake. Pat smooth. Use tip 4 and White icing to pipe zigzag hat brim and swirl pom pom. Position feet and wings.
