Wilton Day of the Dead Brownie Skull

The sugar skull is of course a staple of Day of the Dead. However, we’ve decided to sweeten it up a little bit with a sugar brownie skull.

Project Instructions

    Make Brownie Sugar Skull

    Prepare pan with Bake Easy! spray. Bake and cool brownie skull. Carefully unmold.

    Decorate Brownie Sugar Skull

    Prepare disposable decorating bag with coupler and fill with white icing.

    With tip 12, pipe teardrop shapes on the forehead and around the nose.

    With tip 5, pipe dots, outlines, scallops, and beads around eyes and mouth.

    With tip 3, pipe outlines around the nose and loops on the chin.
