Project Instructions

    Project time does not include time needed to bake and cool cupcakes.

    Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool cupcakes.

    Tint portion of icing Red. (Note: combine Red-Red with Christmas Red for Red shown.) Reserve some White. Use spatula and White icing to ice top of cupcakes smooth.
  • 4
    For pupil, use fondant roller with Pink guide rings to roll out Black fondant 1/16 inch thick. Use straight edge of round “E” cut-out to cut one circle for each treat. Place circle on top of cupcakes. Use tip 3, a cut disposable bag and Red icing to pipe veins.
