1In large bowl, combine 1-1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1-1/4 teaspoons honey or granulated sugar, and 3/4 cup warm water. Let stand 5 minutes. Mix 3 tablespoons olive oil and 2 cups flour and add to yeast-based mixture. Mix on low speed using dough hook until dough forms a ball. Place dough in an oiled bowl. Cover and let rise at room temperature, away from drafts, 1-1/2 hours or until dough has doubled in size.

2Place oven rack in lowest position. Place jumbo cookie sheet on rack and preheat oven to 450 degrees Farenheit.

3Mix 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon cornmeal in a bowl. Brush Easy Layers! Heart Pans with this mixture. Divide dough into 5 portions; press evenly onto bottoms of pans. Evenly divide 2/3 cup of prepared pizza sauce to spread a portion on each of the five dough hearts. Cut 1/2 pound pepperoni into heart shapes. Top pizzas with equal parts of this pepperoni mixture as well as equal parts from 1-1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese and 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves.

4Bake on preheated cookie pan 13-15 minutes or until bottom of pizzas are golden brown. Cool in pans on cooling grid 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 5 pizzas.
