Wilton Jelly Bean Candy Bark Cupcakes

Project Instructions

    Project time does not include the time needed neither to bake nor cool cupcakes.

    Melt 12 oz. of the Bright White candy melts in microwave-safe bowl according to package directions. Pour melted candy into oblong pan. Use spatula to spread melted candy evenly. Gently tap pan on surface to smooth candy. Sprinkle jelly beans over top of candy. Chill until firm, about 30 minutes. Unmold candy bark.

    Prepare cupcake batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool cupcakes in baking cups.

    Tint portions of White decorator icing Violet, Rose, Golden Yellow, Orange, Sky Blue and Green. Use spatula and tinted icing to ice cupcakes smooth. (Tip: combine Violet with Rose for Violet shown.)

    Break candy bark into pieces, each about 1-1/2 inch to 2 inch wide. Position on cupcakes, supporting with additional icing as needed.
