Wilton Jelly Bean Candy Cups & Pastel Mini Cheesecakes

    Project time does not include time needed for candy to set.
    Note that this project also requires making some of the components a day in advance of serving time.

    Jelly Beans Candy Cups:
    Peel off baking cup from candy shell.
    Fill shell with jelly beans.

    Pastel Mini Cheescakes
    One day before serving time, prepare crust according to package directions. Press into bottom of pan cavities. Prepare cheesecake batter according to package directions. Divide batter into three portions. Tint one portion each Yellow, Rose and Green.
    Also one day before serving time, use cut disposable decorating bags and tinted batter to pipe batter over crusts. Place in refrigerator overnight.
    For easy release from pan, place cheesecakes in freezer for 15 minutes before decorating. Remove cheesecakes from pan. Use tip 21, a cut disposable decorating bag and whipped cream to pipe a swirl on cupcake top. Position jelly bean.
