Wilton Pumpkin Spice Candy-Coated Mini Cakes

Like all things pumpkin-spiced flavored, it’'s not going to be around all year, so hurry up and spice up everyone’'s favorite treat with the taste of the season!

Project Instructions

    Bake and cool mini cakes. Use the fluted cake pan and cooling grid to do this. Note: project time does not include the time needed to bake or cool cakes.

    Decorate cakes. Melt pumpkin spice Candy Melts candy in disposable decorating bag. Cut small point off of decorating bag. Place mini cakes on cooling grid over parchment-covered surface. Pipe melted candy over mini cakes. Tap to smooth. Immediately sprinkle with leaves sprinkles. Let set 10 to 15 minutes.
    Makes about 12 mini cakes.
