Wilton Rising Dead Brownies

Project Instructions

    Project time does not include time needed neither to bake and cool brownies.

    Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake brownies in coffin disposable paper bakeware supported on cookie sheet according to package directions. Let cool.

    Use spatula and Chocolate decorator icing to ice brownies smooth.

    For sleeve, tint 3/4 inch ball of fondant Gray. Marbleize with a touch of Brown. Roll into a log, 1-1/3 inch long x 3/8 inch wide. Use ball tool from set on one end to make sleeve opening on one end and slightly taper other end. For hand, tint 1/4 inch ball of fondant Copper with a small touch of Black. Slightly flatten and use palette knife from set to cut fingers. Round edges with your fingers. Use a damp brush to attach hand to sleeve opening and place on brownies.

    Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and White decorator icing to pipe “RIP” on brownies.
