Wilton Slices of Citrus Treat Pops
Here's a fun-to-eat treat pop featuring colorful rounds of cake everyone will love to push up and enjoy! Create the fruit-inspired shades for the cake batter using the Color Right Performance Color System.

1Make cake circles. Use Color Right base colors and Quick Count color formulas to tint batter in the following shades:
Spring Green = 4-1/2 cups batter + (formula 360) 15 Y + 3B
Spring Yellow = 4-1/2 cups batter + (formula 114) 16 Y + 1 O)
Spring Orange = 4-1/2 cups batter + (formula 1375) 18 Y + 5 O + 2 C)
Spring Pink = 4-1/2 cups batter + (formula 224) 23 P + 1 BK)
Pour one color batter into pan. Bake cake in jelly roll pan following recipe. Cool cake on the grid. Repeat to bake one cake in each color. Note: Project time does not include this baking and cooling time.
Use cake leveler to level cakes to 1/2" high. Use the size "C" round fondant cutter to cut one circle in each color for treat.
2Assemble treat pops. Push Green cake circle into bottom of treat pop. Use tip 12, disposable decorating bag with coupler and White icing to pipe a swirl of icing from back edge following the curves of the container, then filling the center. Repeat to add Yellow, Orange and Pink cake circles.
3Complete top layer. Use tip 32 and icing to pipe a swirl on top of treat pop. Sprinkle icing with colored sugar.
