Wilton Sunny Citrus Shaded Cupcakes
Enhance a lemonade stand or any get-together by serving these bright citrus-color cupcakes. Decorate them using Wilton's Color Right Performance Color System, which lets you match and maintain color consistency for all your dessert creations!

1Make Cupcakes: Place a baking cup into each one of the muffin pan's cavities. Prepare batter following recipe instructions, then pour it into baking cups. Follow recipe instructions to bake cupcakes, then cool the cupcakes on the grid. Note: Project time does not include this baking and cooling time.
2Prepare Icing: Use the Color Right Base Colors and Quick Count color formulas to tint icings in the following shades:
Yellow = 2 cups White icing + 6 Y
Pink = 2 cups White icing + 3 P
Green = 2 cups White icing + 6 Y + 2 B
Orange = 2 cups White icing + 14 O
3Decorate Rosette Cupcakes: Use tip 18, a cut disposable decorating bag and desired tinted icing to pipe a row of rosettes around edge of cupcake. Use tip 12, a cut disposable decorating bag and a contrasting color of icing to pipe a row of dots next to rosettes. Repeat with another row of tip 18 rosettes next to the dots. Use tip 12 to pipe a dot in center of cupcake.
4Decorate Swirl Cupcakes: Use tip 2A, a cut disposable decorating bag and desired tinted icing to pipe a swirl on cupcake top. Use tip 18, a cut disposable decorating bag and a contrasting color of icing to pipe a swirl on indented sections of the first swirl.
Makes about 24 cupcakes.
